Our team recently visited Flanders Flooring Days, a major international event for the flooring industry held in Belgium. The purpose of the trip was to map out world-class installation technologies and smart materials to deliver the best possible quality and efficiency across our construction sites.<\/div>\n

This year\u2019s event stood out for its highly practical focus. While the emphasis has traditionally been on visual presentation, this time real innovation was concentrated right on the exhibition floor. It was there that we gained deep insights into solutions that save valuable time on site and elevate the long-term durability of floors to a completely new level.<\/div>\n

A Major Step Forward in Supply Reliability<\/strong>
One of the most significant outcomes of the trip is the strengthening of direct relationships with Europe\u2019s leading developers of underlays and installation systems. Direct contacts right at the production level guarantee us reliable deliveries and access to the latest technical databases. This allows our project managers to plan even the most demanding and time-critical construction projects with complete confidence, knowing that the required systems will arrive on site exactly on time.<\/div>\n

The Leap to “Dry Installation” \u2013 Level Floors in Hours<\/strong>
On renovation projects, the greatest challenge is often warped and uneven subfloors, which take days to level using traditional screeds and pouring compounds. We brought back revolutionary two-component dry leveling systems from the trade fair. These allow us to create a perfectly straight and strong floor over old boarding, concrete, or plasterboard in just a few hours, without using a single drop of water. Because there is no drying time, the new covering can be installed immediately. For the client, this means projects are completed several times faster and brings significant time savings to the entire construction process.<\/div>\n
